Kevin joined Spear Travel Group in 2019 with over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry.  He displays both a genuine passion and a proven track record for delivering exceptional results for a diverse client base. Years of high-end event planning and hotel sales have provided Kevin with a unique ability to strategically source and meticulously execute every detail of your travel logistics.

After growing up in North Jersey and spending summers “down the shore”, he moved to New York and can often be found at a country music concert, skiing the back bowls of Vail mountain, working on his house, or walking in the park with his best friend/rescue dog, Marley.  He takes great pride in knowing that many past clients have not only have become repeat business partners but close friends as well.

Rickey Martinez joined STG in May of 2022 and was previously an innovative & award-winning Global Sales & Marketing Leader and Business Development Executive.

Rickey previously worked for Marriott International, Luxury Brands / The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, as part of their Global Sales team as a Global Luxury Account Executive. In his role, he was responsible for several of their top key global accounts for their luxury brands. He was also responsible for leading the luxury business travel strategic direction for his assigned portfolio in collaboration with his Global Sales counterparts.

Some of the critical global accounts that he most recently managed during his tenure include the American Bar Association (ABA), Accenture, Bank of America, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), ExxonMobil, Kearney (formerly A.T. Kearney), KPMG, PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC), Salesforce & Wells Fargo.

Before joining the Marriott Luxury Global Sales team, he held several positions within the company as a Director of Sales for Transient, Leisure, and Diplomatic Sales for The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City; Associate Director of Sales & Marketing for the Phoenix Marriott Tempe at the Buttes Resort & Spa; and Senior Sales Manager, Corporate Travel, Leisure, & Group Sales for the former Ritz-Carlton, Phoenix. Before his Marriott International / The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company career, he held positions at Hilton Hotels, JP Morgan Chase, Club Med, & W.W. Grainger.

His vast hospitality knowledge and years of luxury hotel experience and catering to his affluent clientele in the financial industry will be a valued asset while working with our portfolio of clients for the Spear Travel Group.

Rickey attended Arizona State University and studied Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Business & Psychology. Rickey resides in Phoenix, AZ, with his wife Leslie, his two daughters, Isabella and Madelyn, and their two dogs.

Christine joined STG in September 2022 with a focus on corporate meetings and events and senior 55+ leisure travel.  Following a successful career in corporate marketing, travel, hospitality and event planning across the United States and Canada, she brings the knowledge, expertise and organization skills needed to create purposeful offsite business meetings and memorable experiences for the discerning traveler.

She was raised in Bethel Park, PA (AKA The Burgh) and graduated from Slippery Rock University with degrees in Education and English and completed Marketing Management at the University of North Carolina Charlotte.  Christine also obtained an associate degree in Customer Service Designation and was an active member of Financial & Insurance Conference Professionals.

Christine resides in the Lake Norman area north of Charlotte, NC with her husband, David, and they have two children and five grandchildren. She loves spending time with family and friends, the beach, hanging out by the pool, watching movies and is an adamant NFL and auto racing fan. Christine is passionate about traveling, reading, writing novels, fine wine and listening to music.

Jennifer joined Spear Travel Group in 2023 with nearly 20 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry. Although born and raised in New Jersey, Jennifer has lived and worked in major cities across the states of New York, Florida and California and currently resides in sunny Palm Desert, California. She is highly devoted (16 years with Ritz-Carlton Hotels) and has been a top service and sales representative for a diverse client base across the nation. Her most recent 5 years have been focused on event, catering and accommodations for corporate functions, family gatherings and wedding celebrations. She brings variety, poise and compassion to designing and curating luxury travel and events.

Jennifer has a passion for cooking, a love for music and is often traveling Coast to Coast to visit family and friends.  She has developed many longstanding relationships with clients and colleagues along the way. She knows how to get the job done and has the knowledge and experience to bring a variety of options to each client.

Ryan joined Spear Travel Group in 2023 after a 15-year logistics career working with cocoa bean supply chain where he was responsible for the safe and efficient transport of 300,000 tons of cocoa annually – yes that’s a lot of chocolate!

Ryan has a passion for family vacation planning, in particular Disney travel. He has celebrated 4 wedding anniversaries with his wife at Disney World! Ryan’s zeal for family travel planning, along with his incredible logistics experience, allows him to curate wonderful experiences. Ryan joins STG with the distinction of being an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner as well as a Universal Orlando and Universal Hollywood Resort Specialist. He believes wholeheartedly that planning family travel is part of the experience and can be just as fun as the travel itself!

Ryan resides in NJ and can be found enjoying time in nature, physical fitness and helping his wife and two daughters in their passions.
